Reservations

Be sure to reserve your room for our next event when you check out of your room each month. This insures you get the room of your choice and you are ready to party with no chance of forgetting to make a reservation. A room is never required to attend any of our events, however, if you intend to drink, we strongly encourage getting a room for the evening. Besides, our members who do get a room tell us they have more fun when they do!

You may also reserve the same room for every month through the end of the year.

 

Hotel Policy

GROUP RATES: These rates are good at any time for our members, you must let them know you are with The Foothills Club.

• Standard Double/Queen: $49 including tax (Friday and Saturday Only or $46 each night if staying both nights).
• Suites: $79 single or double occupancy (Friday and Saturday Only)

Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

 

RESERVATION METHOD, CUT-OFF DATE, CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Group reservations will be made by each individual attending the function. Reservations may be made by calling the Hotel directly. If you do not have the number, please call the club number at 864-419-8175.

Individuals must identify themselves as part of the group to obtain the group rate.

Cut-Off Date: The cut off date for this group will be the arrival day. This cut off date is based upon availability within the hotel.

On the above cut-off date, the Hotel will release any unreserved rooms for general sale. Any reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and/or rate available basis.

Check-In Time: 3:00pm

Check-Out Time: 12 Noon

The Hotel will honor early check-ins based on a space available basis as determined by the Hotel’s occupancy the night prior to arrival. Late check-outs must be arranged with the Front Desk.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be guaranteed by one night’s room deposit in cash or major credit card. You may cancel until 6pm the date of your arrival.
